The past weekend was so nice. It is the first time this year that Christopher has taken more than 1 day off, or any days off I should say. We brought the girls, Danner, the 4 wheeler and the new cub cadet. It was great. We went out for a leisurely drive and the Girls, Danner, and Christopher hiked up around and found a moose shed. They were all very excited. The weekend was great we relaxed and hung out. Christopher was able to ride is Motorcycle which made him very happy. Riley was a brave one and jumped in the lake from the edge of the dock and swam to shore. She is crazy.
Memorial Weekend
MOVING
Baby Activity
So, recently in the past few weeks I have been having lots of contractions. They aren't really consistent and structured but they are definately happening. Well, last wednesday evening I started having more regular contractions that were every 1 1/2 minute to 2 minutes apart and they weren't feeling very good. I rested for about 2 hours before I called the doctor and they said I should go in. I ended up driving to the hospital about 11:45pm. They hooked me up to the monitors and sure enough they were there. The instantly gave me a shot of terbudaline which will relax your soft muscle tissue, but the side effects are that you get a racing heart rate as if you are in speed. The first shot didn't quite knock out the contractions so they gave me another one,,, by then I really wasn't feeling so good, so the nurses went to get me something to eat or drink,,,I sat up in bed to get a drink of water and knew instantly that something wasn't right,,,,I was going to pass out. I found my call button and called the nurses station and all I said was " I think I am passing out". That was all I remember,,, then I woke with 4 nurses around me with oxygen on my face. I asked them if I was still sitting up in bed when they came in, and I was, but slumped over forwardish,,, oh and I had a straw in my hand I was trying to unwrap to stick in my cup of juice. :-) Kind of funny,,, I do remember laughing right after as well because I am sure I looked hilarious with a straw gripped in my hand and slumped over in the bed. :-)
Well, after that contractions were slowing down and were not as frequent so they switched to another medicine that will do the job which is Procardia. So since then, I am having to take Procardia every 6 hours to help keep these contractions under control. Side effects for this medicine I have found to be headaches and my feet get really hot. Kind of weird, maybe they are getting fat or something,,,they kind of look puffy. I will take a picture and see what you all think. :-)
So as of today,,, no baby,,which is good. We want her to stay in as long as possible. Here is this mornings belly shot.
LOGGING
Soccer, Soccer, & More Soccer
Well this past mother's day weekend we spent a lot of time watching a four soccer games. It was actually a great weekend for it. The weather was great. Fortunately, Riley was the only one playing so we weren't having to bounce back and forth to 2 different games.
Well, the games were great. Riley played like I had never seen her before. She scored the most goals for her team for the tournament. She was awesome,,,very impressive. The last game for the Championships they did lose so they got 2nd. Regardless, their team has come along way. Last year, they won 2 games out of 12. This year they won all of their league games. Their team has come together well and it is really fun to watch.

BABY BUMP
Well,,,I am for sure looking pregnant. The baby is moving around a ton. I bought a baby doppler where you can hear her heartbeat and everything else that is going on in there. It is quite fun to listen to. The girls thought it was so amazing listening and feeling her kick. Christopher has heard it a couple times and has felt those knobby little knees poking out.
Time is going by so fast and I am feeling really good,,,14 weeks away :-) The countdown is on.
New Toy for Christopher
Well,,,,I think Christopher has resorted to 4 wheels instead of 2 for the time being. This Cub Cadet is a great piece of equipment to help in all of this cleaning up we have on the properties. Not to mention it can rip around. :-) The girls are having fun because they get to drive. It is like having our own Chauffeur. Christopher has also become a logger. He is cutting down enormous trees and we have been burning them.
Greenbluff #2
Selling Our House
Well, I think we have sold our house,,,,the one we are currently living in. We have a signed around agreement and are waiting for the buyer to perform an inspection. That should go smoothly. Our closing date will be June 13. We are going to be packing and moving into the shop on Greenbluff temporarily until our New shop on Greenbluff #2 is built. We are going to start that ASAP. So everything is going really well and we are excited because we are that much closer to where we want to be. YEAH!!!!!
Interior of the Home
Give it a Whirl
Well, Christopher asked me, "why don't you have any time to create a blog?" Well, I guess I will try and do it, but I can't make any promises. I think I have been half way decent in keeping the pictures updated on the house, but I guess there is more going on in our life than building a house,,,,well the house does take up the majority of Christopher's time, but we have lots of other great things going. Hope Everyone is doing Well. Erin
